Real Conversations. Real Growth.
Men, Unfiltered
Men, Unfiltered is not a surface-level men’s group. It is a space for honest, emotionally grounded conversations about the parts of life many men feel pressure to carry alone.
Many men join feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in relationship patterns they do not know how to change. This group offers a place to slow down, build emotional awareness, and practice healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions are guided by a therapist and shaped by what members bring into the room, allowing the work to stay relevant and rooted in real-life experiences.
You are not alone. Your voice matters. Your story matters.
This is not a surface-level discussion group. This is a space to talk honestly about what is actually happening in your relationships, your body, your work, your family, and your inner world.
Many men come to this group feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in the same relationship patterns, or unsure how to express what they are carrying without shutting down or blowing up. If you are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally, you are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out by yourself.
This group is designed for men who want deeper emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and more authentic connection with themselves and others.
we'LL focus on real-life issues, including:
Understanding emotions instead of suppressing or avoiding them:
Share your thoughts, questions, and stories in a space where nothing is off-limits and everything is met with empathy. This is your chance to voice what may have been silenced for years and be truly heard.
Build healthier relationship and communication patterns:
Explore how you show up in conflict, closeness, and disconnection, and practice new ways of relating that create more trust, intimacy, and stability.
Talk honestly about intimacy, sex, and vulnerability.
Have real conversations about desire, performance pressure, emotional closeness, and the fears many men carry but rarely say out loud, in a space that is respectful and judgment-free.
Redefine masculinity in ways that support your well-being:
Examine the expectations, roles, and internal pressure you carry, and develop a version of masculinity that allows for strength, softness, accountability, and connection.

Books for Anyone Wanting to Navigate The Aftermath of Infidelity
After years of leading groups, there are two things that I’ve come to observe that are certain when you get a group of initial strangers together. First, no two groups are the same. Secondly, the most successful groups are the ones where the members come prepared and with intent.Â
These are just a few books that might improve your experience within a support group. If you don’t have time to read, most of these books come in audiobook form. You can always try Audible Plus or Audible Premium Plus for FREE
